Humanofort Order Processing & Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing:
All orders are processed* within 5 days of order date. 
In rare cases, such as high order volumes or external factors beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, disruptions in postal services), order processing may be delayed up to a maximum of 14 days.

2. Shipping:
Upon successful processing*, orders are collected and delivered via United States Postal Service (USPS). You will receive an email update with a tracking number once your order has been placed. If you don’t receive a tracking code, check your alternate inbox folders. Spam, junk, promotions, updates etc. 

3. Extended Delays:
In the unlikely event that we are unable to process* your order within 14 days, we will initiate an automatic refund to ensure your satisfaction.

4. Responsibility for Shipments:
Once an order has been collected by the shipping provider, Humanofort is not responsible for lost or stolen deliveries, either before or after the order is fulfilled by delivery to the provided customer address. We will not issue refunds for orders once tracking numbers have been created and the shipment is in the possession of the shipping provider.

*Processed means we have received, packaged, produced a tracking code, and USPS is either collecting or has collected for your order for delivery. It does not mean USPS has delivered your order.
